If you ever type the question into Google "why am I so fat?" you'll get thousands of results. Deep down people who search using this question are desperately trying to find the solutions of how they can be slim. These are individuals like you and me who have tried most of the diet programs and they have failed on each one of them.

They've explored all the same old reasons like, my metabolism must be slow, I have a sweet tooth, or the most typical one, I haven't any staying power. The case is that none of the reasons is the reason why you're fat. The truth is any of the above excuses could very well be worked on and changed.

If you are looking to know the real secret as to why you're fat it is due to your subconscious. Now before you stop reading or move on to a different article let me quickly justify why. Your subconscious mind is where the whole set of programming for your body sits. Its like your computers operating system and exactly like your computers programs it is able to become corrupted and will not work correctly.

Most of the corruption of our programming in our subconscious happens when we are very young. The subconscious is also where all our habits are stored. If you take a long term smoker you could be sure that there is a very high chance that they started smoking when they were far too young to do it legally. This is the same with our eating habits and what makes us happy.

The primary thing your subconscious mind works towards is making you happy. So for those who had someone in your childhood that you looked up to, admired or had a very special and happy connection with, and that individual was also fat. This can be where your programming of thesubconscious mind could have become mixed up.

Keep in mind our subconscious wants us to be happy, if it then realises you happen to be happy being like the individual that brought you joy in your childhood, your subconscious may possibly have made the incorrect assumption that you would be even happier being just like that individual. Already a force within you has been set in motion which will win every time. Despite how many diet programs you try you will always in the long term lose the war against being fat.

After you have realised what has gone wrong you can then start to put into place the alterations which will cause you to shed pounds far faster and easier than you could ever have imagined. Your subconscious is the reason why you are fat and as soon as you realise that you can see being fat seriously is not your fault, and you can change and be slim.
